The Solution
We took a surgical approach to optimization rather than a complete rebuild. The goal was maximum impact with minimal disruption to their daily operations.

We rebuilt their product pages with a custom Next.js storefront powered by the Shopify Storefront API. This headless approach gave us complete control over performance while keeping their familiar Shopify admin for inventory and orders. The checkout experience was completely redesigned: guest checkout by default, Apple Pay and Google Pay added, progress indicators, and trust signals placed strategically. We implemented smart upsells and cross-sells that increased average order value without feeling pushy.
